Our Mission in Srilanka

Educational Programs for children:

       In many provinces of Srilanka, there are children who have been affected by the war and tsunami. There are many young children who lost their parents. We as a body of Christ are helping these young children to get proper life needs, and also get proper education. So far we have sponsored 80 children, 500 rupees per children per month. May our Lord Jesus Christ open doors for us to help even more young children in the coming days. 

Plan to help the widows.

       In many provinces of Srilanka, there are a lot of widows who lost their husbands to war and tsunami. They are stranded in the streets not knowing how to carry on their life anymore. We are giving 3000 rupees per month for every widowed sister’s to help with their everyday life needs. May our Lord Jesus Christ bless this mission with his gracious hands.

Widows Self employment plans:

         In many provinces, for widowed sisters who doesn’t get any help and who wants to improve on their own, we are offering self employment plans through our church. Through this mission we are offering 25, 000 rupees per widowed sister. Using that money, they either purchase a tailoring machine, or cows, or hens, or cultivate gardens/lands and meeting their everyday needs. For this mission to increase, may our Lord Jesus Christ shine his gracious hands upon us.
